A comprehensive renovation of this condo was sought. Originally featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, the client desired the addition of a powder room and an expanded living room.

In collaboration with Claudio Gros, we orchestrated a transformative overhaul. The second bedroom was deconstructed, reallocating its space between the primary living area and the master bedroom. Elevating the master bedroom into a suite, complete with a walk-in closet, fulfilled the client's desire for enhanced comfort and functionality. Ingeniously, the hallway was repurposed into a sleek powder room, optimizing the layout for convenience and elegance.

This partnership culminated in a harmonious fusion of expertise, delivering a revitalized condo that exceeded the client's expectations. From the spacious living areas to the refined suite and thoughtfully designed powder room, every aspect of the renovation reflects meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to creating a space that truly enhances the client's lifestyle.
